Bid Package 1: The project consists of alteration to the garage and lounge bar restrooms, existing kitchen, women’s restroom and front office. Specification sections included in this bid package are as follows: Selective demolition, concrete, masonry structural and miscellaneous steel, rough and finish carpentry, insulation, aluminum storefronts, doors, frames and hardware, coiling doors, drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, miscellaneous specialties, kitchen equipment, asphalt paving and fencing.
